Since 2015 owners Tim and Stefi (originally from Tuscany) have been on a mission to revolutionise Italian food through cruelty-free ingredients and boy do they deliver.

All pizzas can be made with gluten-free flour, while a mouthwatering range of sides, such as courgetti with pesto and mac and cheese, is perfect for coeliacs and anyone looking to indulge their gluttony in a healthier way.
