Tiger Bites Pig is a bold and vibrant eatery specializing in East Asian cuisine, specifically Taiwanese bao, made fresh on site every day. Located on Church Street in the heart of the Colmore BID in Birmingham City Centre, the venue is a short walk from both Birmingham New Street & Snowhill station.

With its open plan layout and laid-back atmosphere, it’s the perfect destination for a quick lunch, date night, or a group catch-up. Although service is quick, every element of the menu is made in-house. Most of the processes are lengthy and a lot of time and care will have gone in to their preparation, such as the kimchi fermentation, house pickling & meat braising.
