The menu is modern cooking at its best, serving surprising and bold flavours that you wouldn't necessarily make at home. The mains encompass premium cuts of meat like rotisserie pork belly, a buttermilk chicken and Somerset brie pie, Asian-style crispy duck salad and a range of sumptuous steaks, all sourced from British and Irish farms and dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. And for the seafood lovers, have your pick of battered line-fish with chips, pan-fried seabass and a seared salmon fillet with samphire, broccoli and spinach.
