Perfectly smoked starters are perfect for sharing and include the likes of dry roasted nuts or Nocellara olives. House signatures include the El Fuego cocktail (rum, passionfruit, pineapple) or the Embers Old Fashioned (Embers rum, bitters) for the perfect accompaniment to your dinner.
