It should come as no surprise that the menu focuses on healthy, locally sourced ingredients. Whilst the rich greenery breathes calm and tranquillity, graze on the likes of crispy cauliflower bites, crispy polenta and sticky aubergine. Designed for sharing, diners are encouraged to sample as much as they can. Indulge in crushed pea and ricotta fritters, rose lamb with a burnt orange salsa and crispy pheasant schnitzel that combines two cuisines with crispalicious deliciousness.

End with a fragrant cocktail that takes its flavour cues from natural flavours and florals.
