The brewery is set in the heart of the restaurant, so you can watch the brewers create their award-winning range. Learn about their core beers, including the Pilsner, Pale Ale and Black lager, as well as a few seasonal surprises.

The wood-fired oven also takes centre stage, serving traditional pizza topped with homemade tomato sauce, Italian cheese and fresh ingredients. Gluten-free bases are available.
