Chef Pietro hails from Calabria, the rugged, mountainous region at the toe of Italy’s boot, and he sources many of his ingredients directly from producers in the area to create authentic, flavour-filled food.

Get the evening started with a glass from the carefully curated wine list, which showcases growers throughout the country, and a well-seasoned tomato bruschetta fragrant with fresh basil.

The pasta dishes range from salmon ravioli in a delicate, creamy sauce to a punchy bolognaise, which sees both pork and beef mince combined to create a salty, satisfying ragu. Grilled meat and fish are served with your selection of sauces, while the pizza menu includes everything from Welsh favourites such as the Hawaiian to the sophisticated marinara, which is liberally scattered with anchovies and capers.
