Promotion

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 7pm BST on Thursday 5 September 2024 and ends at midnight on Tues 1 October 2024. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoters of the Campaign are First Table Limited and Exploring London. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

The primary giveaway (win one of three prizes of £150 dining experiences) is open to those who sign up to First Table using the promo code EXPLORING or via the link here, who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. 

This secondary giveaway of First Table booking credit is open to all users of Instagram who tag their friends and family on this Instagram post to go in the draw to win one of three prizes of £60 First Table booking credit. Multiple entries are allowed (in the form of tagging).

The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept First Table's decisions as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The primary giveaway: The entry mechanism is to sign up to First Table using the promo code EXPLORING or via the link here to go into the draw between 7pm Thursday, 5 September and 11.59PM Tues, 1 October BST.

This secondary giveaway: Tag a friend or family on this Instagram post to go in the draw to win one of three prizes of £60 First Table booking credit, share to your story for an extra entry

Prize

The three winners or the primary giveaway, drawn from those who have signed up to First Table using promo code EXPLORING between the indicated dates, will win a £150 dining experience at either @tokiilondon, @1905.london or @thegoodeg

The three winners of the secondary giveaway will each win £60 First Table booking credit. First Table booking credit can only be used on the First Table website or app and cannot be used to pay for a restaurant meal.

Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing of the Promotion will select the three winners of the primary prize of £150 dining experience from the pool of people who have signed up to First Table using the EXPLORING promo code between 4 September 2024 - 1 October 2024.

The three winners of the secondary prizes £60 First Table booking credit each, will be drawn randomly from a pool of the total comment entries on this Instagram post, including additional entries from those who share the post to their Instagram story.

First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The three winners of the primary prizes, will each be connected with the restaurant by First Table to arrange their £150 dining experience. 

The three winners of the secondary prizes of £60 First Table booking credit will automatically be added to the winner's First Table accounts., and the winners will be notified by Instagram Direct message.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is not transferrable, no change will be given and lost vouchers cannot be replaced.  Dining experience must be claimed by 3rd March 2025.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
