Promotion

Be in to win one of two prizes, each consisting of £30 First Table booking credit and a £100 dining experience, drawn at random from all entries across all channels in the United Kingdom.

Promotion period

Campaign Promotion commences at 2:00 am BST on Tuesday 11 June 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm BST on Saturday 15 June 2024. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table’s Instagram reel or via First Table's online giveaway entry form on the First Table UK website, and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by following @firsttableuk on Instagram and tagging someone you would share the dining experience with on this Instagram reel, or by completing and submitting the entry form on this page or the UK First Table webpage. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

The two competition winners of this Promotion will each receive £30 First Table booking credit applied to their account (the credit is valid for 12 months only) and a £100 dining experience at a restaurant of the winner's choice.

First Table credit is ONLY redeemable for First Table booking fees and cannot be used to pay for a restaurant meal.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email or Instagram direct message. First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The booking credit of £30 will be added to the winner's First Table account when they provide the email address associated with their First Table account.  The Winner may redeem their booking credit by making First Table bookings via firsttable.co.uk or on the First Table app where the credit will be applied automatically when making a booking. First Table credit is ONLY redeemable for First Table booking fees and cannot be used at restaurants.

The £100 dining prizes can be used at any restaurant in the United Kingdom, but the restaurant must be able to sell gift vouchers for First Table to purchase for the winner. If the restaurant does not sell gift vouchers, First Table can reimburse the winner's UK bank account when the winner provides First Table with the receipt after dining.

If the prize is reimbursed, the prize winners must make the dinner reservation themselves and communicate with First Table after they have dined to provide UK bank account details and dining receipt. Payment will be in Great British Pounds.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
