Promotion

Win one prize, consisting of a £250 dining experience at a First Table restaurant in Glasgow and £100 worth of First Table booking fee credit, to be used as one free booking per month for twelve (12) months. The dining experience is limited to First Table restaurants within Glasgow.

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries in this competition.

Promotion period

The promotion commences at 03:00 am BST on Wednesday 26 March 2025 and ends at 11.59 pm BST on Wednesday 16 April 2025. All online entries must be received by the closing time.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects the entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who enter via First Table's online competition entry form for the Glasgow competition and who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as they relate to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

The Campaign must be entered by completing and submitting the entry form on the Glasgow competition page. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

One prize will be awarded for the Glasgow competition. The prize consists of:

(1) A £250 dining experience at a First Table restaurant of the winner's choice in Glasgow. The winner will choose a restaurant that sells digital vouchers and First Table will purchase the gift voucher and send it over. If the venue does not sell gift vouchers, the winner is welcome to make a booking at a participating First Table restaurant in Glasgow and provide First Table with a copy of their receipt after dining. First Table will credit the winner's nominated UK bank account with £250. Payment will be in GBP.

(2) Twelve (12) free First Table bookings (one free booking per month for twelve consecutive months). The First Table will cover the booking fee for one booking each month. This is a total value of £100 First Table booking credit. This credit can only be used for First Table bookings across the UK and can only be redeemed on the First Table website or app.

The prize is valid for one year from the date the winner is notified. The £250 dining experience and the twelve (12) monthly free bookings must be completed by 16 April 2026.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of First Table within 96 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided during entry. First Table shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The Winner may redeem their dining prize by choosing a restaurant that sells gift vouchers on its website. First Table will then purchase a gift voucher and email it to the winner. If the selected venue does not sell digital gift vouchers, First Table will reimburse the winner the £250 to their UK bank account when a VAT receipt is provided. The First Table booking credit will be added to the winner's First Table account automatically.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for First Table to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this competition, You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
