Promotion

Share the news that First Table is launching in Brighton by sharing your unique promo code with family and friends in Brighton. If your friends and family sign up to First Table Brighton using your promo code, you are automatically entered in the draw to WIN one of three prizes £60 First Table booking credit.

Promotion period 

Campaign Promotion commences at 3am BST on Monday 2nd September and ends at midnight on Sunday 22nd Septembert 2024. All online entries must be received by the closing time frame as stated.

Promoter

The Promoter of the Campaign is First Table Limited. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

Eligible Entrants 

This Campaign is open to those who share their promo code with friends and family, who go on to sign up to First Table Brighton, and are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of First Table as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

How to Enter

Share your unique promo code with your friends and family in Brighton.

If your friend signs up using your promo code, you are automatically entered into the draw. Your promo code can be found in your First Table profile or at the bottom of all First Table marketing emails.

The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Multiple unique entries from the same person will be accepted in this Promotion period. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of First Table. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of First Table.

Prize

The three winners of this giveaway, will receive £60 First Table booking credit for themselves. First Table booking credit can only be used on the First Table website and app, and cannot be used to pay for a restaurant meal.

The booking credit will be added to the winner's First Table accounts automatically. 

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected by a random drawing of the Promotion under the supervision of First Table within 48 hours of the competition ending. The Winner will be notified by email. First Table shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within four days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

Claiming Prize 

The booking credit will be added to the winner's First Table accounts automatically. 

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other deals. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is not transferrable, no change will be given and lost vouchers cannot be replaced.  

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for First Table to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that First Table, anyone acting on behalf of First Table, and First Table licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World. This is without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
