Holy Garage in Liverpool brings the authentic flavours of Detroit to the heart of the city. Open seven days a week, this unique eatery blends the building's rich history as a former Christian missionary and the site of the world's first YMCA with vibrant Motor City vibes.

The menu centres around Detroit-style pizza—a thick, square, deep-dish delight baked in rectangular steel trays originally designed for automotive factories. Signature picks include the Motown Margherita with classic marinara and a cheese blend, the Pitstop Pepperoni with hot honey, and the Buffalo Burn with buffalo-spiced chicken and blue cheese.

Complementing the pizza is a rotating selection of craft beers, featuring local favourites like Black Lodge and Carnival, as well as top UK and international breweries. Holy Garage is also the first venue in the UK to offer Shakacan's premium canned shaken cocktails.
