Hush Holborn

We are delighted our favourite, iconic Mayfair institution, is now residing in its swanky new home, in the heart of Holborn.

Upon arrival, Hush's lush interiors should give you an idea of what to expect, it's a very polished, slick affair with hints of old-school glamour. Gleaming leather booths, beautifully dimmed lighting and a smart bar give a certain members' club feel.

What kind of dishes are befitting of such an institution? Well, how about some melt-in-the-mouth tuna tartare with ponzu and avocado, 'Harry's Bar Style' beef carpaccio, burrata with chive oil and 'tomato snow' or the Hush prawn cocktail? Judging just by their starters, you can tell Hush is inquisitive about the cuisines that make the world turn round.

As for mains, you can enjoy specialities from Italy; Tiger Prawn Spaghettone with tomato, white wine, chill and garlic, a classic Chicken Milanese or Seabass all'Isolana with confit Datterini tomatoes, capers and olives. For our veggie lovers there is the delectable Brussels sprouts Caesar salad with baby gem lettuce, avocado, toasted pecans and focaccia croutons.

You'll be pleased to hear Hache's Steak Truffle Fumé burger has found its way on the menu with its juicy steak patty, truffle aioli, Gruyère cheese, smoked bacon, with a generous sprinkling of truffle dust.

And the exclusive delights don't stop there with Hush's famous Mars Bar Cheesecake on the menu in Holborn too, this should be more than enough to leave you speechless.
