Chef Tony and his team invite diners to sample a new menu, featuring a range of dishes that draw inspiration from regional Chinese cuisines and the premier cricket teams of Shanghai and Beijing. The all-day lunch and dinner menu features the likes of Lava Plate ‘Three Cup’ Chicken, Stir-Fried Lobster and Chef Tony’s Signature Black Pepper Beef Fillet.

Chef Yu Ling’s incredible Sichuan inspired Dim Sum menu is hand-made, and you can even enjoy her dim sum showcase between 16:30 and 17:30 each Saturday and Sunday. Using ingredients and flavours from her upbringing in the Chengdu region, the must-try’s include the ‘Goldfish’ Gow, Mushroom & Truffle Xiao Long Bao and Imperial Wagyu Beef Dumpling.

Both Jasmine and Rose set menus are served with variations on a sharing peking duck, with Chef Tony’s personal twist of adding fresh pineapple as an accompaniment not to be missed out on!
