A very far cry from the white beaches and turquoise waters that make the Philippines an Instagrammer's dream, Camden's signature street art and graffiti lends a super laid-back inner-city vibe to Bintang's famous beer garden. Inside, they've created a warm and tranquil space in which to escape the capital's crowds. Bintang is a world of beautiful opposites.

Now, what exactly does this often overlooked cuisine look like? Well, it's irresistibly fragrant, mouthwateringly spicy, and suits just about every occasion. Their curries follow similar flavour combinations to their other Asian cousins; they have their own take on the famous lamb rendang and are proud to present their own signature Bintang curry. Best to leave this one as a surprise!

They're also working their magic on premium pieces of meat and fish, lending a Filipino hand to transform the familiar ribeye and sirloin into something quite remarkable, and transforming a humble seabream into a capsule of fresh spices and herbs.
