Louie Louie SE17 continues its successful hosting of summer residencies as they open their doors in Walworth Road to Embers.

Embers represents the first project of Chef Ernesto Gabriel and his friend Graham Lewis, who promise to bring the heat, smoke, and flavour to the finest seasonal produce, offering a culinary experience of rustic, flavourful, and creative cooking with elements of open fire.

Our excitement for the menu stems from Chef Ernesto, as he combines his Michelin-starred background at Royal Hospital Road, Joel Robuchon, and Locatelli with his beloved and recent nomadic cooking experiences across Asia and the Americas. Closer to home, Graham will trade his laptop for knives as he nourishes his passion for London's food scene and joins Ernesto in the kitchen.

A night with these two will provide a memorable experience within the setting of a 50-seat venue, where they offer 3-courses for £35! The residency will be open for an initial six weeks (6 - 11pm, Wed-Sat) starting on June 1st, so get down for the start of summer and enjoy the food and great music!
