Indeed, he is the name behind some of the best seafood restaurants all over. Fishers Kitchen is his latest instalment, and it enjoys a superbly bougie vibe with a relaxed brasserie dining style, shimmering gold bar and stylish light features that will, quite simply, light up your life. Before we get to our boozy friends, it's time to get the crew around the talk of the town; Fishers' sharing plates. The monkfish tacos rethink a Mexican staple whilst the tuna tataki is a delicate offering with Asian accompaniments and Cornwall is serving up some grilled sardines on a bed of roast tomato and garlic toast.
