The interior, conceptualised by Miguel Cancio Martins—famed for his work on Paris's Buddha Bar—exudes a pan-Asian aesthetic. Another standout is the grilled whole seabass, grilled and deboned at the table, marinated in seasoned Thai sauce, lemongrass, and Thai herbs, and delicately wrapped in a banana leaf.
