Famous for their (self confessed) burgers of filth and blowout pizzas, Foundry Project Manchester doesn't hold back when it comes to our favourite cheat day treats.

A foodie institution in the UK, you can always depend on the Foundry Project to whip you up a whopper of a meal in whichever city you might be in. Over in Manchester, they're leaning into the quirky personality of the city within a stunning red brick, street corner building. Inside, you'll find a mix of grungy and preppy motifs with low black ceilings and industrial lamps occupying the same space as pretty geometric tiles and elegant seating. A mix of two worlds, Foundry Project Manchester is a beautiful reflection of this unique city.

So, how about those pizzas and burgers we were talking about? Well, let's start with those pizzas that are hand-stretched and adorned with a variety of tempting toppings. If you're suffering a bit of a sore head from the night before, The Hangover should see you right with its combination of bacon, baked eggs, onion marmalade and mozzarella. Alternatively, lean into some saucy madness with a mix of BBQ chicken, red onions and coriander.

Onto the burgers now and they are really as filthy as they make out to be. The filthiest might be the Cheese a Crowd that unashamedly loads on the ingredient in question with American cheese, fried mac n' cheese and cheese sauce with a double beef patty in amongst it all. Alternatively, the Chori-zo Good features crispy Iberico chorizo with beef patties, American cheese and a whole range of delectable sauces. They also have a wicked selection of fried chicken, as well as tasty 'Beer Food' to go alongside (you guessed it), an ice-cold pint! It's everything we've ever wanted!
