It’s all about the base at Dough. Channelling the humble and rustic origins of pizza, Dough makes authentic pizzas bases in the traditional Neapolitan style. Once the kitchen team had nailed the classic sourdough base, they started experimenting with alternative flavours to create healthier bases. The result? A range of dough options from classic sourdough to turmeric, seaweed and what might just be the world’s tastiest gluten-free base.

Made onsite by specialist artisans from Puglia, Dough serves up fantastic pizzas with both classic and more experimental toppings. Tuck into a napoletana or try ‘le freak’ with mozzarella, prosciutto crudo, rocket, grana cheese and cherry tomatoes. There’s a tempting range of anti-pasto, main and pasta dishes as well as traditional Italian desserts.
