A treasured UK institution that is renowned for its showstopping bars and mesmerising cocktails, The Botanist is everyone's favourite mixologist.

As the name suggests, they know a thing or two about how to grow an incredible floral display, and in their Bath branch, it's no different. They call a grand historic building home, making full use of their sky-high ceilings to build a sense of wonder with a glittering island bar, antique glass lanterns, glistening chandeliers and, of course, a forest's worth of green plants and flowers. And thanks to the original pillars, celestial balconies and engraved walls, The Botanist boasts a certain grandeur that has everyone donning their glad rags for an evening of great food, sparkling cocktails and live music.

The food and drinks menu has everything you need for an unforgettable night. You can't come to The Botanist and not spot one of their famous hanging kebabs. Packed with everything from chicken and chorizo, pork belly, lamb kofta and vegan meatballs, these offerings are packed with flavour and drama. If you're sold on an informal, hand-held supper, look to their burger selection which is serving up crispy chicken, juicy beef patties and plant-based burgers.

Other mains include pub classics with a touch of Botanist pizzazz. We're talking ribeye steak with a peppercorn or truffle sauce, steak and stilton pie, fish & chips and a prawn and pork belly curry with slender rice noodles.
