A traveller's culinary dream that spans the sandy plains of Afghanistan, the glittering coastline of Turkey and the action-packed cities of India and Pakistan and Iran, Qavali is a beautiful mixing pot of culinary cultures.
Shimmering, regal and mysterious, Qavali plays with light and shadow to create a fully immersive stage for some of the best Indo-Persian food in Birmingham. Everything here speaks of rich and opulent traditions, starting from the living walls that speak of the lushness of southwestern India, the Persian mosaic lamps that spark memories of stolen nights in Iran and the rich textures that conjure images of traditional dining in the Middle East.
