Under the banner of 'aperitivos', gourmet nibbles awaken the palate – from plump gordal olives to Maldon rock oysters chased with Fino sherry. 'Pequenos' follows suit, elevating humble anchovies with extra virgin olive oil and showcasing the harmonious fusion of morcilla, butterbean, and chorizo.
