Welcome to the captivating world of Wabi Sabi, an authentic Japanese eatery located in the heart of Hove.

With an enduring devotion to diverse Japanese dishes made from the finest local and sustainable ingredients, Wabi Sabi delivers some of the finest options Brighton offers. With a sleek and refined interior and ambience, Wabi Sabi is praised for its superb food quality and presentation, complemented by highly professional and friendly staff. An extensive menu offers a range of options to suit all palates, with options for all diets, including vegan and gluten-free specialities.

Standout options include the Wabi Sabi sushi, a fusion of classic and modern tastes that is both light and succulent, as well as their divine nasu dengaku: A sweet miso glazed aubergine that’s grilled to perfection. Our favourite has to be the Wabi Sabi signature lamb. The quality of their meat is quite frankly outstanding that they are able to deliver a melt-in-the-mouth lamb dish that is sadly inaccessible elsewhere. If their delicious food offering isn't enough, Wabi Sabi is also offering a lunchtime discount of up to 50% off your food bill on First Table.

Still not convinced? Then take the word of Wabi Sabi’s repeat customers, who can’t get enough of their fresh and flavorful fare. Don't just take our word for it, take our word for it!

The glass-fronted restaurant seats 100, with lighting so gentle that it’s often mistaken for candlelight. It’s a welcome escape from Brighton’s buzz, whose service is so attentive that they’re often a step ahead of your thinking. Wabi Sabi also offers an early bird menu between 5 and 7pm.
