Zanky’s is a family-run restaurant with a passion for good Sardinian food. Their deeply-rooted beliefs in traditional Italian cooking go back for generations, with Founder and Head Chef Fabio Dindi having been taught how to cook by his Grandfather Zanky. Fabio went on to study at the ALMA Academy of Gualtiero Marchesi, the famous Italian chef who is considered to be the founder of modern Italian cuisine, and has combined his skills and love for food to create Zanky’s Italian Restaurant.

Zanky’s menu changes regularly, depending on what inspires the chefs and what is seasonal. From stuzzichini (nibbles) of olive focaccia and just-baked breads, starters of arancini and vegetables tempura, to mains of slow-cooked duck parpadelle and authentic Napoletana pizza, there’s something delicious to try for almost all dietary requirements.
