Founded by Pankaj Rawat, Bell Bottom Eatery is the realisation of a lifelong passion for Indian cuisine. After moving to Scotland in 2009, Pankaj felt a strong pull towards his heritage, the vibrant food he grew up with. This deep connection and love for India's street food's bold, vibrant flavours fuelled his desire to bring an authentic slice of Delhi to Edinburgh.
