Serving the very best of Belgian food and beer, Belgo Bar and Restaurant have opened their doors in Holborn.

Just a short walk from Covent Garden, Belgo Holborn resembles a beer hall. Interestingly, it’s actually a converted bank. Although all the cashiers have disappeared, the former bank’s safe is now a beer cellar and its immense windows flood the restaurant with natural light.

What’s a Belgian meal without mussels?! These come in a variety of sauces, from the classic garlic butter to bacon and beer. Alternatively, get stuck into a melt-in-the-mouth rack of ribs or go for rotisserie chicken that comes with a side of your choice.

When it comes to drinks, Belgians have the beer covered. With a selection of dark, blonde, white, trappist, fruit, amber (the list goes on) beers, you’re seriously spoilt for choice. If you’re unsure, you can’t go far wrong with the connoisseur’s choice!
