Staying true to chef owner Sham Mahabir's Trinidadian roots, LIMIN's new menu for the winter season includes mountain dishes with Caribbean spice - think Scotch Bonnet and Christmas Spice Glazed Ham and a delicious Croque Monsieur with Trini ham, melted cheese and truffle oil. LIMIN's iconic Caribbean dishes will also remain like Doubles, the epic Trinidadian street food staple.
