Experience brand new flavours and textures from as early as the starters with the likes of beetroot cutlets with mango chutney, goat shoulder tikka with cumin puffs and Dunga quail breast with a mango mustard sauce. Going beyond the predictable samosas and pakoras, Babur is putting a fresh spin on this ancient cuisine. And it doesn't stop there; mains are designed to tantalise with Punjabi stone bass, Rajasthani Khargosh and garam masala duck. They also pay homage to unlikely meats, like venison, with the venison hunter curry that is rich and creamy with sweet potato and tamarind.
