As for the food, you are cordially invited to indulge in north India's favourite fast food; chaat. Delicious hot or cold, keep it light and refreshing with pani puri or gappa bombs, or warm up with some seasoned potato patties, lollipop chicken or Punjabi samosa chaat. The mains present an aromatic array of dhaba-style curries which include favourites like butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, makai palak and butter paneer.
