Welcome to The Collab. - where exceptional food, drink, and a lively atmosphere come together in the heart of Walthamstow.
Led by Chef and Co-Founder, Paul Human, our newly launched menu showcases a selection of sharing plates that are designed to bring people together. Highlights include the Oyster Mushroom Shawarma, bursting with flavours from our signature tahini sauce, garlic yoghurt, and a kick of chilli, and the 200-gram steak cooked rare with smoked tomato, salsa verde, and watercress. For something with a touch of spice, try our Pork Brochettes - a guest favourite; slow-cooked belly skewers with a gochujang glaze, or the vibrant Onion Pakoras (ve) served with coconut raita, mango chutney, and almonds.
Joining us on a Sunday? We've recently launched our popular Sunday roast. Expect crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, epic gravy, slow-cooked beef rib with real horseradish, lamb shoulder with salsa verde, pork belly with truffled apple sauce. And if you're plant-based, enjoy our delicious vegan wellington. Roast served from 12pm, with the main menu kicking in early evening.
