Hopping to the top of your list of must-dos, Rabbit is bringing English countryside flavours to Chelsea. A farm-to-fork concept, this gorgeously homey eatery is unique in more ways than one.

The most colourful, welcoming establishment on Kings Road, Rabbit bursts with optimism, bringing a whimsical taste of the countryside to one of London's most glamorous boroughs. Covered head to toe in fresh flowers, Rabbit is hard to miss. Blooming with seasonal petals from local suppliers, you could mistake it for a florist. Head inside, however, and its magnificent exterior gives way to a barn-inspired restaurant. A happy mixture of colours, plants and textures, rustic floors are complimented by seasonal wreaths, dried ferns, warm lighting, and a beautiful informality that keeps the happy chatter rolling.

The menu heralds the ancient art of foraging, as well as shining the spotlight on premium local produce. Sourcing their ingredients from Gladwin's family farm in West Sussex, you can guarantee that your meal hasn't travelled far. And you can taste it. For starters, their signature rabbit heard is paired with rich bone marrow and a wild garlic butter, whipped cod roe is best spread on a slice of crispy bread and the French eclair gets a British makeover with a mushroom and marmite filling.

For mains, sublime meat takes centre stage. And if there's one thing that Blighty's famous for, it's our game. The Sussex fallow deer is breath-taking with tangy red cabbage and woodland mushrooms. Alternatively, opt for the pork tenderloin with the earthy sweetness of celeriac, the lamb saddle with cauliflower puree or a tender stonebass with rainbow chard. And for dessert? A salted caramel chocolate torte with Cornwall's finest clotted cream. Brilliantly British through and through, Rabbit shows us all the culinary beauty that lays at our doorstep.
