Not only are the pizzas adorned with locally grown veggies and meat, but they are also cooked in a wood-fire oven for the ultimate thin n' crispy base. Indulge in classics like Calabrese with salami, ricotta and red onion, or the Ortolana with artichokes, roasted peppers and aubergine. Alternatively, keep it really simple with a Napoli or Bufala.

They also have some specials that keep you on your toes. There's no stopping the Amatriciana that packs on the flavour with crispy pancetta, Parmigiano and fior di latte. Nor can vegans resist La Vagana which boasts all the flavour of the Ortolana, even without the cheese!
