Experience India by the season with Talwar Express. One of few Indian restaurants curating their many dishes to incorporate local and seasonal ingredients, they're a unique find in central Bristol.

They may have the word 'express' in their title, but there's no need to rush at this joint. A stylish and expansive dining makes it easy to stretch out with your group or dining partner and take your time. To begin, immerse yourself in all the variety of Indian streetfood with bites designed to be enjoyed on the go. Here we have samosa chaat topped with yoghurt and mint chutney, puffed shells filled with chickpeas and mashed potato, and potato patties topped with sweet and savoury chutney.

Onto mains now and we, of course, are blessed with a stunning array of house curries. Such specialties include the century-old Junglee Maas from Rajasthan, Kerala-style Alleppy Prawn and a classic cottage cheese curry with vegetables and coconut.
