Named after the iconic Inca trail that leads straight to one of South America's most celebrated monuments, Inca indulges the senses with a visually breathtaking restaurant that is home to live shows every evening and some of the best food in the whole capital.

Allow Inca to lead you on a journey through this most intoxicating of continents. A palace of seduction, Inca's black, orange and gold colour scheme affords the establishment a glistening luxury whilst the low lighting, celestial structures and optical illusionary art maintain its signature mystical aura. A treasure trove of delights that entertains guests with shows every night of the week and all the trapping of a high-end dining experience, Inca is one for the pleasure seekers who want to leave London behind, even just for a stolen few hours.

Prepare to experience South American cuisine in a whole different light. The evening begins with king crab croquettas, seared salmon tiradito and their own take on nachos that is served (with all appropriate theatricality) in a lava stone with plenty of guacamole. Not ones to shy away from other cuisines either indulge in melt-in-the-mouth sushi that features the fiery shrimp dragon roll, king crab California roll and a variety of nigiri.

As for the main course, the grill is, in true South American fashion, the star of the show. Here, lamb chops are smoked with tea for the ultimate depth of flavour, Scottish salmon is given a Japanese twist with teriyaki sauce and anticucho, and shiitake mushrooms unleash their meaty alter egos with tantalising sides. And with other stunning seafood dishes on the menu too, like miso Chilean seabass and bluefin tuna tacos, these morsels pair perfectly with a bottle of fizz and world-class entertainment. Never without a surprise up their sleeve, Inca is one for the books in London.
