Its monochrome colour scheme amplifies this streamlined look whilst the bar cannot resist a little bit of fun with the cocktail masters at work.

Not ones to do things by the rulebook, they're coming forward with their own creations that include noodles in a katsu curry broth, kikurage mushrooms atop Tokyo noodles and a peanut-braised oxtail broth that has that meaty depth some only dream of.
