Ziggy Green

The cosy restaurant is filled with contemporary art celebrating the inspirations and ongoing legacy of David Bowie through artists such as David Gwinnutt, Rick Guest, Terry O’Neill and Charles Moriarty. An impressive light sculpture commissioned by artist Chris Levine (famous for his iconic portraits of the Queen and Kate Moss) sits at the entrance and provides an interactive ‘Ziggy’ moment as you enter the space.

Dinner is elevated, fresh and flavoursome led by fellow Aussie chef Chris Lyon (ex Estelle Maison, Lisboeta, Scully). Cooked over the fire, the menu includes chargrilled Australian banana prawns with fermented mango hot sauce, a dry aged eye fillet with glazed Roscoff onions and a light and flavourful Passion fruit soufflé to finish.
