Wholly homemade by Flying Frenchman, this restaurant places incredible, locally sourced ingredients at the heart of all that they do. Think artisan sausages and burgers, pates and terrines as well as fish, cheeses and veggies that have been showered with awards in France, New Zealand and the UK. The motto: eat less meat but better meat and steer clear of industrial food.

To get those taste buds tingling, dive right into their starters that feature a delicate beetroot tartar, a plate of dumplings (yes, the FF also flew to China!), some luscious raclette cheese croquettes, a homemade wild boar and cranberry terrine and an intense french onion soup that has simmered away for 6 hours.

Sample some of the finest free-range meats for the main course. It all comes from family farms in Yorkshire in the form of sausages and burgers - all made in house. You will also find a hot smoked salmon burger and a vegan shiitake burger. Round it off with a bottle of natural or organic wine or keep it fizzy with their range of craft beers from Big Hug Brewery.
