With white brick walls, light wood finishes, a sandy terrazzo bar and plenty of natural light, the dining area is like a slice of a Sydney beach in the busy capital. The dinner menu is all about sharing with a list of seasonal small plates inspired by the European and Asian cultures that make up Australia. There is a focus on provence and freshness with all ingredients carefully sourced from independant UK farms wherever possible.

Milk Beach has an exciting list of natural wines. It sources wines from around the world made by independent winemakers who practice low-intervention wine-making, so each bottle truly reflects the quality of the grapes and land from which it comes. Try their orange wine from Sicily, Provence Rose, Swartland Chenin, among others, from some of the world's top natural producers.
