No comprehensive Indian street food menu would be complete without chaat. A favourite for grab-and-go meals, this delicious snack comes in many forms; samosas are served on a bed of spiced chickpeas and soft potato patties are paired with a bold tamarind chutney. Alternatively, side with the tandoor for sheekh kebab or chicken tikka.

Main course takes on some of India's most beloved curries. The classics cover all the bases with kormas, karahis, vindaloos and jalfrezis that are available for you to customise with chicken, lamb, fish, paneer or vegetables.
