Welcome to Zerodegrees, a quirky brewery and pizzeria in the heart of Bristol.

Set in a historic tram shed, which received an Architectural Design Award for its beautiful restoration, Zerodegrees is an inviting space to drink and dine.

They started their story in 1999, when they first begun to brew their own beer and cook fresh pizza in a wood-fired oven. Now, the founders of Zerodegrees have become leaders of Bristol’s craft beer revolution.

Their brewery is set smack bang in the middle of the restaurant, so you can watch the brewers in action, and learn more about their award-winning range. Core brews include a Pilsner, Pale Ale and Black lager, as well as a few seasonal surprises.

The wood-fired oven also takes centre stage, serving fresh and no-fuss pizza. The ingredients, like the beers, are always top quality, using tomato sauce and cheese from Italy (of course!). Or you can choose pasta, salads and mussels straight from the sea.
