A summery watering hole right next to Wapping Wharf, The Olive Shed is one of those places that will have you dropping by for a 'quick one' throughout the week.

The views and atmosphere are simply sublime. Located right in the heart of all the riverside action, this communal eatery is always buzzing with action and boasts those easy-going riverside vibes that diners can't get enough of. Inside it's rustic and cosy, tapping into Mediterranean vibes for some suitably coastal eats, and treating diners to a mini vacation in the process.

The menu is centred around sharing and gives diners plenty of options. On the vegetarian side, we have the chef's signature tortilla and a Spanish vegetable stew amongst others which make for a hearty and nutritious baseline. Add to that some sliced Iberico ham or some smoky braised beef short ribs for a varied feast.

They also have some winning seafood dishes that include fresh mussels in a range of sauces and broths, and wild Atlantic prawns with a dash of garlic - less is more after all. Round things off with an organic Italian prosecco or a fruity white from France, and enjoy Wapping Wharf the way it's meant to be enjoyed.
